How to send a notification about booking that had been changed?

Step 1

Go to “Bookings > Manifest view” or “Bookings > Booking view” according to your type of a company.

Step 2

Find a booking using filters and change it.

Step 3

Go to “Notify” section which is displays bellow.

Step 4

Select users who are need to get a notification:

  • “Notify agent” - if checked on the email with notification will be sent to Agent (owner and employees) who has assigned to booking;
  • “Notify customer” - if checked on the email with notification will be sent to customer if he has an email;
  • “Notify staff” - if checked on the email with notification will be sent to employee who has permission for a booking.

Step 5

Click on “Save” button in the booking modal window.
