How to cancel a booking?

Step 1

Autorize as Supplier (owner or employee). Or as an Agent (owner or employee) who have an access for editing a Supplier’s bookings.

Step 2

Go to “Bookings > Manifest view”.

Step 3

Choose date and tour in the left sidebar.

Step 4

Click on the session card.

Step 5

Open booking modal window by clicking on booking card if you authorized as an owner or an employee.

Choose dropdown menu item “Canceled” in the dropdown “Booking Status” and click “Save” button in the modal window.

Step 6

User of a Supplier company (owner or his employee) and also user of an Agent company (owner or his employee who have an access for editing a Supplier’s bookings) may cancell a booking.

A booking may be cancelled by choosing a “Set Status” menu item in the elipsis menu for a booking card.

And then selecting “Canceled” status for a booking and clicking on “Save” button.

Or click on the checkbox for a booking card and click on the dropdown “Selected” and choose “Set status” menu item. And then set “Canceled” status for a booking and click “Save” button.
